1. Ph.D. degree in microbiology, biochemistry, bio-engineering, molecular biology and other related disciplines. 2. Familiar with biology and biochemistry related experiment, instrument and key technologies. 3. 1-2 years industry R&D experience. 4. Proficient English reading and writing skills. 5. Excellent critical thinking capability. 6. Good oral and verbal communication skills. 7. Strong initiatives with minimal supervision.

1. Follow company SOP to initiate research project (concept innovation, feasibility study, market research, technical approach, budget and risk assessment). 2. Design experiment plan and tracking schedule for lab, pilot, and large scale test. 3. Summarize and analyze experiment data, draft report and publish in internal and external journals. 4. Draft research update and proactively communicate for trouble shooting. 5. Draft patent applications. 6. Design, coordinate and follow up on the animal trial experiment for efficacy study. 7. Draft research budget for research projects. 8. Participate in major conferences in the industry. 9. Establish good connections with major universities and institutes for research. 10. Collaborating with marketing, technical service closely for high quality product brochure and marketing materials. 11. Communicate with key customers to understand industry trend and market feedback. 12. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
